IIM Kozhikode has initiated the application process for its Diploma in Management Program. The program is for professionals, business leaders and entrepreneurs. The last date to apply is May 18th, 2025. The program is designed as per the NEP and UGC guidelines. The primary emphasis of the program is to provide students with leadership, managerial and decision-making skills.

It is offered by the Kochi campus of IIM Kozhikode which oversees the organisation's Executive Education programs. The program will be delivered in a blended format that will include live online classes with on-campus modules. The program focuses on flexibility for working professionals without compromising on academic rigour. The participants will thus be able to attend the classes on weekends, which will enable them to balance work and studies. The offline sessions will be held at the Kochi campus, thus giving students an opportunity to interact with peers and teachers.

After graduation, the candidates should have been employed on a full-time basis for a minimum period of three years.  They should also be graduated with a minimum final score of 50% from an accredited institution. Academic performance, work experience and a personal interview are the key factors considered for selecting the candidates for the program after the scores of the IIMK DMAT.

The one-year Diploma in Management at IIM Kozhikode covers broad areas of crucial business functions such as Business Strategy, Leadership, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Digital Transformation and Innovation. Particular focus is laid on cutting-edge topics like AI in business, decision-making using data and the ability to sense global business trends. A unique element of the program is the capstone project enabling learners to translate classroom learning to practical business issues.

The program has a strong experiential pedagogy with the integration of real business case studies, business simulations and industry-led projects. Having a practice-focused approach, not only develops practical abilities but also facilitates a connection between technical skills and leadership abilities.

How to enroll for the DMP Program?

To apply for the program, the candidates are required to register with their mobile number, provide the essential details, pay an application fee of ₹1000 and upload the documents. The selection includes the evaluation of the application, sitting for the DMAT test, and an interview and assessment. The shortlisted candidates will be informed about it. Once selected, the candidates need to pay the registration fee and report to in-campus orientation and sessions to commence the program.
