The normalised marks of a candidate = (Marks of the Candidate – Mean of the distribution of his session) / Standard Deviation of the distribution of the session.

After the verification of the answers, the candidate's normalised marks (which are similar to their real marks) will be considered. In conclusion, the SNAP scorecard is created using the candidate’s normalised scores.

Five minutes of time is given to them before they present their ideas. In this phase, the candidate's communication skills, and ability to think and present their ideas clearly are observed.

Step 2: The Personal Interaction Round (PI)

In the personal interview round, candidates will be asked several personal and professional questions such as why they want an MBA, how and where they see themselves in five years, and how strong their leadership abilities are, among other things. The candidate's ability to deal with problems and their communication skills are seen in this round.
