The duration of the PGPM program will be 18-months (full-time) and is approved by AICTE. The program is primarily for working professionals who have a minimum of three years of full-time work experience. It is best suited for professionals who desire to transition to general management jobs. One of the major features of the program is RESTART - a women's special track for those who are returning back to work after at least two years of gap.

The PGPM is internationally accredited (AMBA, UK) and offers a blend of classroom learning and practical exposure through design thinking workshops, industry projects, global immersions and exchanges with top schools like INSEAD (France) and Cornell (USA).

With international accreditation such as AMBA, the postgraduate program in management offers a blend of classroom instruction and practical experience through industrial projects, design thinking workshops, international immersions and exchanges with top universities like Cornell (USA) and INSEAD (France).

Graduates from the 2023 cohort received an average package of ₹23.88 Lakhs per annum with the highest package of ₹52.00 Lakhs per annum, getting an average hike of 104%.

Eligibility Criteria for the PGPM Program:

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks.

• At least three years of full-time employment experience (by December 2025).

• RESTART applicants: Three years of previous job experience plus a two-year gap.
