MDI Murshidabad celebrates a decade of excellence: the 10th placement report highlights stellar achievement
Batch Demographics
For the batch of 2023-25, 180 students graduated, with 8:2 being the male to female ratio. MDI selected people from diverse backgrounds such as B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com and other disciplines for their MBA program. With 88 recruiters, 14 LPA is the highest package and the average package stands at 10.67 LPA, median salary of 11.40LPA. The students also received PPOs abd PPIs for various companies throughout the industry. There was a diversity of recruiters for Banking, Financial Services and Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Real Estate, E learning and others.

Sector-wise breakdown
The continuous faith of recruiters has helped MDI Murshidabad achieve great milestones. The sector-wise breakdown represents what percentage of people were hired from various departments. A total of 30.2% of the students were hired in Banking, Financial and Insurance Services,27.9% of students were recruited for IT and Consulting sectors, with 9.3% for manufacturing and 7% for logistics and supply chain. For human resources, 9.8% of students were hired.
Placement Report
In the marketing domain, the managerial job roles offered to students were Program Manager, Product Manager, Deputy Manager, Sales Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Consulting, Business Analyst. The sales jobs were offered in domains like Cloud Sales, Inside Sales (Associate Research).
