Jaipuria Institute of Management conducted the 29th Convocation ceremony and awarded degrees to 1251 PGDM students.

The university awarded diploma degrees to a total of 1251 PGDM students during the 29th convocation ceremony. A total of 6 scholars from the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) and a total of 16 graduates from the first batch of the Online PGDM program.

Jaipuria Institute of Management conducted a joint convocation ceremony for all the campuses which include Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur and Indore. 

Jaipuria Institute of Management has recently been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) as per the official press release. The Institute is now among the top 6% of business schools globally and the top 1% of business schools in India.

The convocation ceremony was held at Bharat Mandapam. Diploma degrees were awarded in the ceremony and a total of 1251 PGDM students have received diploma degrees.

PGDM Specialisation certifications awarded to more than 1229 students

Alongside the diplomas, more than 1229 graduates have received certifications in different specialisations. These specialisations include:

  • Finance

  • Marketing

  • Service Management 

  • Human Resource

  • Retail Management 

This convocation ceremony also recognised six scholars from the Fellow Program in Management and 16 graduates from the Online PGDM Program’s first batch. 

The event took place in the presence of the honorable Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar, who was invited as the chief guest. In his speech, Mr. Dhankar emphasised the importance of education in contributing to the process of lifelong learning and nation-building.  

He quoted- “Convocations mark milestones in a student’s journey, but learning must continue lifelong, as change is the only constant. Today, we have an enabling ecosystem and affirmative government policies that support the fullest utilisation of your talent and potential. “

Chairman’s Gold Medal for Academic Excellence 

The institute also celebrated the academic achievements of the students by awarding them with the Chairman’s Gold Medal. 10 students in the ceremony have received recognition.

The chairman of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Sharad Jaipuria, called the convocation ceremony more than just an academic excellence event.
