IIM Nagpur Launches Blended Two-year MBA Program for Working Professionals

The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur has launched a two-year MBA program for working professionals in a blended format. This program is designed considering flexibility for the professionals due to which the live online classes will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 PM to 10:15 PM and on Sundays from 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM during the first year. The second year will also follow the same evening and weekend format based on the electives chosen by the candidate. During the first year, the program covers 480 hours of core subjects in the first year followed by 300 hours of electives and 60 hours of project work in the second year followed by four compulsory campus immersion sessions for the practical learning experience and networking.

Shortlisted candidates need to possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and a minimum of three years of work experience. Admission will be through an entrance test and a personal interview. Registration for the test can be completed on IIM Nagpur's official website iimnagpur.ac.in up to June 15, 2025 and the test will be held in the third week of June 2025.

The program participants will be entitled to access 24/7 recorded sessions, e-learning courses, discussion forums and progress monitoring through Jaro Education's technology platform. The program includes basic domains such as marketing, finance, operations, strategy and organisational behaviour as well as new-age courses such as digital transformation, AI and sustainability. Program graduates will be poised to take on top leadership positions, able to drive innovation and solve difficult business issues with the added advantage of having a relevant professional and alumni network.
