IIM Kozhikode with Emeritus Launched the ‘Chief Product Officer Program (CPO)’; Apply by May 8th, 2025 (Tomorrow) for fee Discount
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode has introduced India's first Chief Product Officer (CPO) Program to equip current and future product leaders with leadership and strategic skills. It is a 12-month program for which the applicants are required to apply on or before May 8th, 2025 (11:59 P.M.) so that they can get a fee discount of ₹60,900 on the prevailing fees of ₹6.09 Lakhs. The program will begin on June 28th, 2025.
Product leadership has emerged as a key differentiator as industries experience technological disruption. With a constantly evolving corporate landscape- Chief Product Officer’s (CPO’s) strategic thinking and intimate product understanding are instrumental to success. Therefore, IIMK in partnership with Emeritus launched the first-of-its-kind program to meet the growing demand for high-level skills in product leadership. IIMK faculty will train participants on leading with vision, navigating a crowded market and producing customer-focused products. On the other hand, Kellogg Executive Education faculty will record online sessions to help participants understand data strategy, growth and AI applications.
The initial three cohorts united over 140 top company executives providing them an opportunity to network and collaborate with other like-minded CXOs from diverse industries and geographic regions. The meeting was insightful and left a lasting impression on these exceptional CEOs.
This program is built for experienced product professionals seeking to drive product strategy and innovation leadership. It's perfect for product leaders who wish to bring up-to-date practices to make significant products, upcoming or first-time Chief Product Officers (CPOs) aiming to establish a strategic framework and drive customer-oriented innovation and business startups or consultants aimed at scaling growth via solid product strategies. In order to be considered for the program, the candidates should be degree or diploma holders (10+2+3) with at least 8 years of experience as of 28 June 2025.
This program by IIM Kozhikode provides live online sessions, a 5-day campus stay and two online modules by Kellogg Executive Education. It is complemented by a capstone project, business simulations, peer learning and advanced modules in innovation, leadership, AI and digital strategy. The key themes are M&A, corporate governance, ESG, financial performance and tech-led transformation enabling leaders with strategic, data-driven decision-making capability for the C-suite.
