IIM Bangalore Launched Leadership Development Program for Executives; Program Starts from July 24th, 2025
The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore has introduced its new EEP program (Executive Education Programmes) named 'Leadership Programme to Build Resilient GCCs' for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) professionals. The enrollment for the program has begun and the applicants can get themselves enrolled till June 24th, 2025. The program will begin from July 24th, 2025 and will conclude by October 11th, 2025. It will be a 10-days program which will be covered in the duration of 4 months.
Senior executives working with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) will derive maximum benefits from this program. It is most relevant for those reporting to the Site Leader or Country Head (N-1 level) and also their immediate subordinates (N-2 level) in bigger organisations. Participants should currently be in respective GCC countries with at least 15 years of work experience. The program is designed to polish the strategic thinking ability of the GGC professionals as well as enhance their leadership skills and also provide them with a global perspective.
Participants will analyse practical strategies, engage in interactive workshops and learn through extensive peer-to-peer and professional discussions. Candidates will receive a certificate of participation from IIMB upon successful completion. This leadership program for the GCC professionals will have three modules that will be taught on-campus at IIM Bangalore.
Modules for the Leadership Development Program for GCC Professionals at IIMB
The three modules for the GCC professionals leadership program are as follows:
- Module 1 of three days duration titled “Driving GCC Excellence – Unlocking Enterprise Value”.
- Module 2 of four days duration titled “Leadership Skills for GCC Success.”
- Module 3 of three days durations titled “Enabling Global Impact through Strategic Thinking and Innovation.”

Note: The timings for the classes on campus will be from 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
There are two instalments in the payment plan of the program. The total liability of non-residential participants is ₹4.00 Lakhs with GST out of which the first instalment of ₹1.50 Lakhs with 18% GST is payable by June 24, 2025 and the second instalment of ₹2.50 Lakhs with 18% GST on August 22, 2025. Residential participants are required to pay ₹2.00 Lakhs with 18% GST as the first instalment and subsequently ₹2.55 Lakhs with 18% GST as the second instalment on the same dates aggregating to ₹4.55 Lakhs with GST.
