IBSAT registration starts from Jul 1, 2025
Candidates can register online at official website. Candidates should follow the IBSAT 2025 eligibility criteria before submitting the application form, or else their candidacy will be cancelled. IBSAT 2025 will be conducted in the last week of December 2025 in remote proctored mode.
ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) conducts the computer-based management entrance test called the IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) for MBA and PGPM entry in multiple ICFAI Business School campuses. The proctored online test examines the candidates on their quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension abilities.
Eligibility Criteria for MBA/PGPM Admission:
Minimum 50% or equivalent in graduation from any recognised university.
Appear for the IBSAT 2025 examination or provide the scores from other respective examinations for the MBA.
CAT/XAT- 60 percentile and above.
GMAT- 500 and above
NMAT by GMAC- 150 and above
Detailing the procedure for the application process for IBSAT 2025
Here is the detailed procedure on how to apply for the IBSAT examination 2025.
Step1:-
Candidates interested in applying for the MBA/PGPM program at ICFAI Business School will have to register online. Candidates need to provide their details. Candidates need to pay an application fee of ₹ 1800. To be noted, there is only one application fee valid for all 9 IBS campuses.
Step 2:-
Students who have applied will receive a confirmation email and SMS. They will also receive an auto-generated application number and a password to log in to their profile page.
Step 3:-
The student must then log in to their profile and fill out all of the required information, including selecting the test score to submit.
Step 4:-
Students can submit the score they earned by appearing for the IBSAT 2025 exam or they can submit their qualified score from CAT/NMAT by GMAC/XAT/GMAT scores when available.
Step 5:-
Based on the qualifying score, the student will receive an invitation letter to the selection process, which is scheduled for February 2026.
Step 6:-
Selected students who have received the invitation letter will have to attend the selection process, which will include a micro presentation and a personal interview round.
On the day of the interview, students must bring their final completed application form, a preference list for campuses, and information about their educational qualifications. The results of the selection process may be withheld due to missing information.
Step 7:-
Students will be assigned a campus based on their educational qualifications and overall performance in the selection process, which includes a micro presentation and personal interview scores in accordance with their priority list and the campus's cutoff scores.
Students will then be asked to pay a refundable admission fee to secure their seat.
