IIM Lucknow Summer Placement Report 2023-24 is a great success with the highest stipend of ₹3.5 lakhs per month. Average monthly stipends were ₹1.31 lakhs, while the median was ₹1.30 lakhs. The top 10% of the batch got an average stipend of ₹2.90 lakhs per month.  410 candidates got stipends above ₹1 lakh and 259 candidates got above ₹1.5 lakh per month. IIM Lucknow PGP and PGP-ABA Final Placement Report 2025 

The last placement report of IIM Lucknow Batch 2025 reflects outstanding statistics.  The highest domestic offer made was ₹75 LPA and the highest overseas offer made was ₹65 LPA.  The batch average income stood at ₹32.3 LPA, with the median being ₹31 LPA, reflecting high industry demand for IIM Lucknow students.

Consulting remains the leading placements with 38% of total offers, followed by general management (21%), finance (15%), IT and analytics (14%), sales and marketing (8%) and operations (3%).  This diverse industry-wise split reflects the institute's ability to prepare students for a range of high-impact roles in different sectors.

Accenture took the lead with 54 offers, followed by Deloitte (29), PwC (24), BCG (23), American Express (21) and EY (18).  Others with significant recruiters included McKinsey & Company (11), Kotak (9), Bain & Company (7) and Zomato (7), exhibiting a strong and consistent interest from leading global and domestic firms.

The major placement data of IIM Lucknow is a wonderful performance across many wage levels and industries. The first 10% of students got an average CTC of ₹50 LPA, with the 25% and 50% getting ₹44 LPA and ₹37 LPA, respectively. The first 80% got roughly ₹32 LPA. The overall average salary was ₹30 LPA with a median of ₹27 LPA, reflecting an even distribution of offers.

On the industry placement front, consulting was the favourite with 37% of the batch following it. Product management positions held 19% and finance functions were picked by 16%.  General administration positions were picked by 12% of students and sales and marketing captured 13% of placements. The summer internship placement for the latest class of PGP-SM at IIM Lucknow was a full-fledged affair and all 45 students were placed successfully, including 5 off-campus opportunities. 35 organisations participated in the process and there were a range of opportunities. The highest stipend available was ₹4 lakhs, the average being ₹1 lakh and the median at ₹90,000. The highest 25% of the batch collected up to ₹2.05 lakhs with the highest 50% getting approximately ₹1.35 lakhs. These amounts reflect the overall stipend earned over the course of the internship, reflecting students' strong industry connections and opportunities.

The season was a success, with 22 recruiters recruiting from a pool of talent composed of 43 students. Sustainability was the most sought-after domain, with approximately 74% of the batch getting more than 30 offers. 

Sustainability positions: Approximately 26% of the batch were given a job in the General Management Domain, reflecting the overall strength of the program. This quarter witnessed the hiring of 15 new companies, presenting opportunities in Corporate Sustainability, Public Policy, ESG Research, ESG Consulting, Project Management and General Management.

The IIM Lucknow IPMX 2025 batch saw fabulous placement outcomes, reflecting the program's focus on leadership and industry congruence. Of 105 promising candidates, 99 were offered off-campus and on-campus positions, with 6 being aided by the institute for appropriate alternatives. The average CTC was ₹27.72 LPA, while the median stood at ₹27.19 LPA, reflecting uniform levels of remuneration. The IIM Lucknow IPMX 2024 class final placements reflect robust performance in sectors and functions.  Of 106 graduates, 105 were placed, of which 89 were placed through the campus process and 6 through off-campus means like going back to previous organisations.  The median and average CTC made were ₹24.47 LPA and ₹25.53 LPA, respectively. Ten students lacked offers at the reporting date closure, but the institute still tries to help them secure appropriate positions.

The most students were placed by Consulting (35%), next were Strategy & Management Consulting (20%), then Sales & Marketing (15%) and Project and Product Management roles (10%). Industry-wise distribution, IT was the largest recruiter with 42%, followed by Consulting with 30% and BFSI with 18%. The placement statistics affirm the industry relevance of the program and the versatile career options chosen by the graduates.
