The MoU was signed at the WCL Headquarters during a signing ceremony attended by Dr. Hemant Sharat Pande, Director (HR) of WCL and Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, Director of IIM Nagpur.  Shri U.C. Gupta (GM - HRD) signed the MoU for WCL and Dr Alok Kumar Singh, Dean - Executive Education signed for IIM Nagpur.

This MoU is a strategic step towards increasing leadership excellence in India's key industries. IIM Nagpur is committed to creating visionary leaders and our partnership with WCL reflects our shared objective of catalysing innovation and sustainable growth through executive education. Dr Metri said.

These Management Development Programs will be aimed at pivotal topics like strategy, leadership, human resource development and organisational management, with the aim of enhancing managerial competencies and developing executives for the energy industry's future challenges.
